چکیده
The research investigation was carried out in the experimental area of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural university, Nagar, Dhaka-1207, during late Rabi season Mid December to May 2018 study genetic diversity with cluster analysis for 35 maize genotypes as materials that were laid Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) three replications. work oriented calculate and estimate yield factor through analyzing involving contributing characters. maximum per plant (117.51 g) estimated genotype G12 (Pacific) minimum (51.89 recorded G17 (Dekalb Super). Due crossing among genotypes, a wide range divergence observed this experiment. highest included number V 12 genotypes: BHM-5, PAC-60, Pacific-98, HP-222, Khai Bhutta, AS-999, Pioneer, Duranta, Kaveri 218, Chamak-07 Golden-984. Here, intra distance I (1.23), II (0.00), III (0.76), IV (2.08) (1.89) respectively. lowest (0.76) showed within distances closely related inter higher larger than distances. Between mean values, which indicated wider different groups involved. value D2 (18.740) followed by (15.470, 13.032). farthest means it represented diversified other clusters. nearest 3.441 values denoted less genotypes. In case, days male flowering, rows cob, seeds cob 100-seed weight contributed towards performance, V.
